What is your return policy for western boots?
We offer a 30-day return policy for boots that are in unworn, new condition with the original packaging. Please ensure you try them on a carpeted surface to avoid scuffing the outsoles.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders for in-stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days. Standard ground shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer boot stretching or customization services?
Yes, we offer professional boot stretching and minor leather conditioning services at our physical storefront. For online orders, please contact our customer service team for recommendations.
How do I know what size hat to order?
To find your hat size, measure the circumference of your head about half an inch above your ears. You can then refer to our detailed sizing chart found on every product page.
Are the leathers used in your products authentic?
Absolutely. We pride ourselves on sourcing high-quality, authentic leathers including full-grain cowhide and exotic skins from reputable manufacturers like Ariat, Justin, and Lucchese.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and to APO/FPO addresses. We are looking into expanding to international shipping in the near future.
